Congenital aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva are the result of a dilation in the union zone of the middle aortic layer with the fibrous of the aortic valve, caused by the action of the arterial pressure on a feeble place of the wall, causing frequently, its ruptures to right cavities. This is a clinical case presentation of a twenty eight years old woman with aneurysm of the right sinus of Valsalva, broken towards the outflow tract of the right ventricle, probably by infective endocarditis, which evolves with heart failure and death
