Plagiarism policy

Each manuscript is examined for the detection of plagiarism. We use the CrossRefMed online services (www.crossref.org), Article Checker (www.articlechecker.com ) and Plagiarisma (www.plagiarisma.net ) CrossRefMed, and apply the flowchart COPE algorithm (http://publicationethics.org/flowcharts) to decide on manuscripts suspicious of plagiarism. When an article is discovered of having plagiarized another work or has included unauthorized third-party author’s rights material or with insufficient acknowledgement, or when the authorship of the article is questioned, we reserve the right to take measures which include, but are not limited to: publication of an errata sheet or corrigendum; article retraction, communication of the issue to the author’s institution head of department or dean and/or academic organizations or relevant societies; or take appropriate legal actions.
