Abstract

We describe two cases of isolated non compaction of left ventricular myocardium (INCLVM) in brothers. During the studies, both patients were a symptomatic, although the first patient presented evident anomalies that could be observed through routine exams. The eco-2D was essential to make the diagnosis, but the ETE was very useful to complete the study. Due to the high incidence of com-plications, and its familiar recurrence, INCLVM it is important its early diagnosis is important inpatients and in first degree relatives.
