Política de intercambio de datos
The Argentine Journal of Cardiology adheres to the ICMJE data sharing policy. Any manuscript containing primary data must include a section titled "Data Availability" at the end of the text, prior to the References, containing one of the following statements:
- Data in an open repository: Indicate the repository, DOI, and license. E.g., Zenodo. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.XXXXX
- Data available upon request: "Available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author, subject to Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) approval and a confidentiality agreement."
- Data not available: Justify the reason (sensitive data, lack of consent for sharing, protection under Law 25.326).
- Not applicable: For reviews, editorials, or opinion pieces without primary data.
For clinical trials, the data sharing plan must be declared in the trial's prospective registration. It is recommended to deposit anonymized datasets, accompanied by a variable dictionary, in repositories such as SciELO Data, Zenodo, or OSF.
Uploading identifiable data is not permitted. Failure to include this statement will prevent the review process from beginning.
