The subclavian artery aneurysm is an uncommon pathology. The rupture is the most severe complication. This case report is about a patient with that pathology and high risk of rupture. There were two possible approaches to treat this condition: surgical treatment versus endovascular treatment. The patient received a two stent grafting implantation by endovascular approach with optimal results. Our conclusion about this case is that the endovascular technique and stent graft implantation have been safe and effective for the resolution of this pathology.
